Job description
The Product Strategy Manager reports to the Director of Product Strategy and the role is based in our head office in Chippendale . As the Product Strategy Manager – Australia, you will lead key product decisions that shape what we offer, how we grow, and how we stay ahead of customer expectations. You’ll work across teams to build a product that’s both loved by customers and grounded in strong business performance. Whether it’s refining our weekly menu, launching new formats, or improving how customers personalise their orders, this role is about making smart, data-driven moves that drive growth.
You will…
- Define and drive the product strategy for the Australian market to improve satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth
- Identify and action opportunities to evolve the product through choice, personalisation, and convenience
- Use customer insights and data to make our menu more relevant, engaging, and valuable
- Collaborate with Menu Planning and Culinary teams to improve menu variety and quality while managing cost
- Partner with Procurement, Marketing, Operations, and Tech to launch and scale initiatives
- Balance customer needs with operational feasibility and cost efficiency in all product decisions
- Track and report on key performance metrics such as retention, product satisfaction, and revenue per box
- Build business cases, lead retrospectives, and continuously optimise the product experience
You have/are…
- 5+ years in strategy, product, food tech, or growth roles, ideally in a consumer-facing business
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data to drive decisions
- A customer-obsessed mindset with the ability to balance user needs and business goals
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with strong planning and execution abilities
