About The Team:

As the Growth Strategy Go To Market Senior Manager, you will oversee both UK meal kit brands, HelloFresh and Green Chef, managing go to market execution of cross functional campaigns that attract and convert new and former audiences. Working directly with the Growth Director and key marketing stakeholders will take a crucial role in shaping and delivering campaigns, serving as a link between the Brand, Growth and Product, by ensuring alignment of expectations, goals are set and activations deliver maximizing impact for the business. 

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to play a pivotal role in driving the next phase of growth for a category disruptor, to elevate and deliver fully integrated campaigns across the customer journey.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Full funnel execution: Reporting into the Director of Growth and collaborating with Brand and Product teams, you’ll be responsible for leading the end to end development, management and execution of Go to Market campaigns, notably; peak, brand partnerships, strategic influencer and product launches, for both active and prospects to maximize value through seamless execution across the marketing mix 
  • Drive Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate with Brand, Marketing Analytics, Discounts, Partnerships and Retention to create holistic go-to-market strategies that fuel growth across owned channels 
  • Data-led decision making: Bring together performance data to monitor and analyze campaign performance, and derive insights for future launches and campaigns to maximize CVA for the business 
  • Product Marketing: Develop and execute the growth focused product marketing strategy (including proposition and execution strategy) for new and existing products, with the goal of driving new customer acquisition and reactivations by leveraging product developments 
  • Strategic Influencers: Execute Strategic Influencers campaigns, from sourcing and negotiation to planning and execution leveraging best practices to drive impact for the UK business 
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation: Work with the Central Tech and Paid marketing team to develop and deploy a roadmap that improves conversion rates across the marketing funnel by testing Landing Page formats, messaging and creative concepts to drive performance
  • Customer Champion: Become the UK owner on devising and executing strategies to increase penetration in high quality segments, working with strategy teams to generate a deep understanding of target customer and channel owners to unlock growth opportunities in new and existing channels
  • Champion Innovation & Growth: Identify and capitalize on emerging marketing channels, trends, and customer insights to drive incremental growth.
  • Team Leader: Be a key contributor to the UK Marketing team, working closely with the UK Marketing to champion a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and customer centricity across all our Marketing practices, cultivating a sense of community that drives team engagement and performance

Who You Are:

  • Excellent program management - Comfortable leading multiple  
  • Proven track record of success in a Marketing / Strategy / Transformation role, from a D2C business, ideally within the e-commerce or food industry. Experience in subscription businesses is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute growth strategies that drive results.
  • Experience managing large marketing budgets and delivering against financial targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Innovative mindset – passion for ideating and testing new channels, growth hacks, and data-driven marketing strategies. 
  • Customer centricity - Someone who understands how to leverage customer insight as a springboard of marketing initiatives and actions to unlock growth.
  • Hands-on yet strategic – thrives in high-growth, high-accountability environments, with the ability to zoom in and out as needed. 
  • Executive-level leadership skills – able to influence at the C-suite level and drive cross-functional collaboration, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen – excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
