The Senior Manager of Product Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the product marketing strategy at Factor. This includes leading go-to-market strategies for new product launches, identifying customer segments, refining value propositions, and optimizing product positioning. Working cross-functionally with the Product Strategy, Tech, Brand Creative, Pricing and Performance Marketing teams, this role will ensure alignment across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention. The Senior Manager will report to the Associate Director of Product Marketing and will focus on both product marketing campaigns for customer acquisition and strategies to drive long-term customer retention to beat conversion forecasts and create incremental revenue for America’s #1 ready-to-eat meal delivery brand.

You will…

  • Own and execute the product marketing strategy for new product launches, focusing on customer segmentation, positioning, messaging, and campaign briefing.
  • Map out the user journey, gather insights, and identify customer needs to influence Product and Performance Marketing roadmaps.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, CRM, Tech, Brand Creative, Analytics, UX Research, and Performance Marketing, to improve the user experience and drive conversions, engagement, and retention.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer for Factor, sharing insights and best practices to optimize conversion rates and long-term retention.
  • Collaborate with Tech and CRO teams to optimize the sign-up funnel and landing pages through A/B testing and direct marketing strategies.
  • Work with Product Strategy to refine customer segments and drive product development aligned with customer needs and wellness goals.
  • Ensure alignment across messaging and execution for acquisition and retention efforts, collaborating with teams such as Product, Tech, Pricing, and Performance Marketing.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize ad campaigns, landing pages, and CRM segmentation, reducing CAC and improving CVR.
  • Monitor key metrics (CAC, CVR, CLV, Customer Value Added) and assess the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement.

You have…

  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on D2C/eCommerce/subscription models
  • A deep understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes to create successful go-to-market strategies and drive conversions
  • Proven experience working with online and offline marketing channels, including but not limited to Paid Social, SEM, and Direct Mail
  • A solid understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods to shape effective marketing strategies, Tech and CRO roadmaps, and Product Strategy
  • Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams across different offices, including Tech, Product Strategy, and Performance Marketing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

$130,200$165,000 USD
