- Develop, simplify, and/or automate the weekly internal processes required to build and launch a new menu, including managing the digital (customer-facing) content associated with every recipe
- Identify processes that can be outsourced to offshore partners, building the relationships, procedures, and guardrails necessary to manage their performance
- Develop, own, and improve the internal tools required to manage our weekly product cycle
- Relentlessly improve our internal operations to ensure our team can move as quickly as possible in expanding and improving our product offering
- Identify gaps in our recipe database and create development briefs for our Culinary team
- Coordinate the launch of new recipes and products, working closely with our Product, Culinary, Procurement, and Production teams
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a fast-moving, quantitative field - ideally supply planning, operations, consulting, or similar
- A love for process optimization: you can instantly spot the bottlenecks in a system and have a track record of streamlining complex processes
- Outstanding problem solving & modelling skills: you are methodical, data-driven, and logical
- Excellent communication skills: you can shift your perspective to work across different functions and geographies, surface the relevant information from your stakeholders, and clearly articulate the summary of your analysis
- A strong project management toolkit: you are highly organized and detail-oriented, with well-developed strategies for never missing a deadline or overlooking a key detail
- An entrepreneurial streak: you love working in an early stage environment; you’re excited about creating the future and shaping the ready-to-heat category in Europe
