About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Enrollment Marketing Manager to drive program enrollment within a large book of business of our mid-market/emerging clients (0k-7k eligible lives per client). You'll understand this segment’s   challenges and opportunities, and, alongside your colleagues in Client Success, Marketing Operations, Growth, Design, and Data, build and execute the right scaled programs to help us meet our revenue goals. You'll be focused on implementing our innovative, best-practice marketing strategies to ensure we motivate people to get moving and feel better.

The ideal candidate will have: 
-Strong project management experience in a dynamic environment, responsible for large volume of deliverables. 
-Experience from a healthcare benefits  background preferred, but not required
-Agency Background a bonus 
-Experience managing 150+ accounts/clients/projectsStrong execution and marketing strategy experience 
-Has experience working on different marketing channels, such as email, sms, push notifications, webinars, social media, direct mail, etc 
-Works closely with the customer success team and/or other cross functional partners
-Process improver and scaling enthusiast Self-motivated to deliver improvements and desire to be part of a building organization

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Help craft and execute the marketing program strategies for hundreds of clients, helping us hit our ambitious goals for program enrollment and revenue
  • Work with our team to pilot creative new ways to spread awareness about Hinge Health, evolving our best practices and expanding our marketing toolkit at scale
  • Fill gaps and identify opportunities in our marketing funnel
  • WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Project management at scale: experience with large client volume, thinking through both the strategy of what works and how to do it efficiently
  • Marketing knowledge: experience with a wide variety of channels, from digital (email, SMS) to analog (direct mail, OOH, experiential) and beyond (ambassadors, community)  
  • Analytics skills: strength in using both quantitative and qualitative data to inform our marketing strategy and tactics
  • Cross functional: experience building and delivering marketing materials with teams like marketing operations, engineering and design
  • Creative: track record of meeting non-standard problems with non-standard solutions
  • Experience: 3-5 years applicable experience and a Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in a high-velocity, high-growth environment
