The Team

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Procurement Operations Associate to support our procurement team in India. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic global organization. You will assist in managing procurement processes, vendor coordination, and operational support to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing.

The Role

  • Assist in processing purchase requisition, purchase orders and maintaining procurement records.
  • Support vendor onboarding and documentation compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather procurement requirements.
  • Track and report on procurement metrics and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain accurate data in procurement systems and tools.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in procurement, operations, or administrative support (internships or project experience is acceptable).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Customer service mindset and problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.
  • Experience working in a global or cross-functional team environment.
  • Exposure to compliance and documentation standards.
