We are seeking a talented and motivated IT Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. If you are passionate about technology, possess a strategic marketing mindset, and are eager to contribute to the success of a forward-thinking company, we want to hear from you.
Reporting to the ANZ Senior Marketing Manager and working closely with ANZ sales leaders and other functional leaders to:
Define and implement the local marketing strategy to support business growth and GTM and achieve marketing KPIs.
Deliver high-quality leads that maximizes the value and ROI on all marketing spend and achieve KPIs of MQL, marketing-sourced pipeline and marketing-sourced revenue.
Support global strategy through effective and timely delivery of solution and product launches at Country level.
What you’ll bring
Marketing Plan Development: Support the yearly and quarterly marketing plan with fresh creative and innovative ideas to drive demand and support business growth objectives in ANZ.
Marketing plan Execution: Support the yearly and quarterly marketing plan execution; to drive effective demand and lead generation programs (direct mail, email, e-Newsletters, content syndication, telemarketing, LinkedIn, seminars, executive roundtables, webinars, and tradeshows.
Digital Marketing: Proficient in managing Hitachi Vantara's social media accounts, including scheduling LinkedIn posts, writing content for events, and generating social media reports. Responsible for sending weekly email updates to staff to promote LinkedIn posts and providing regular social media performance insights through reporting.
Collaboration: Liaise and collaborate closely with key internal and external stakeholders to get buy-in, support and feedback: APAC marketing teams, ANZ sales organization, alliance and channel partners, agencies, and others, to drive marketing programs, support the sales process and contribute to revenue growth.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics for marketing initiatives, providing regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Administration and Procurement:
Assist in streamlining the marketing procurement process with the support of marketing operations team. This involves handling administrative aspects to ensure the efficient and seamless execution of procurement activities. Look after merchandise storeroom stock levels.
Event Coordination: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to seamlessly prepare for and execute a variety of IT-focused events, such as webinars, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand awareness and foster meaningful engagement with key stakeholders. This involves active participation in organized events, where responsibilities include booth management and overseeing the lead collection process.
Skills & Qualifications:
Applicant must have permanent Resident status to apply for this position.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
B2B Marketing experience in IT or relevant industry.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention for detail.
Highly organized with deadline-driven productivity and thrive in a demanding past paced environment.
Possess a strong sense of accountability, ownership, adaptability, initiative, and execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication and people skills, able to collaborate with, and positively influence a wide range of stakeholders.
Ability to work independently with general supervision.
Working knowledge of SFDC, Marketo and PowerBI.
Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools.
Availability to work beyond 9-5 office hours as needed for project requirements with corresponding comp time off.
Basic understanding of IT solutions, products, and industry trends.
Demonstrate understanding of marketing disciplines and marketing mix including audience targeting, and marketing vehicles.
Strong negotiation skills and effective budget management capability and accountability.
Strong project management skills with ability to recognize, adapt and respond to changing market and business environments.
Ability to travel as required.
