The Role
 
Hitachi Vantara is looking for a high performing Oracle Warehouse Management (WMS) Lead to join its team and lead projects. If you have experience in Oracle WMS and are comfortable leading teams at client engagements please apply!  
 
Responsibilities

  • Business process design and analysis
  • Leading and working with on and offshore team members
  • Oracle WMS  implementations at client sites
  • Travel as needed to client sites 

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Oracle implementation experience
  • Minimum of two (2) life-cycle projects with Oracle WMS Cloud
  • Ability to configure and write WMS Rules including PL/SQL expressions
  • Expertise in the configuration of labels and label data based on client requirements
  • Experience leading plant-level process and system transformations
  • Ability to manage and work with an offshore team to coordinate design and implementation activities.
  • Strong client facing and problem-solving skills
  • Communication skills: excellent client interaction skills; strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written)
  • Experience in the integration of WMS with MFG, OM, PO, and OTM
  • Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation
  • Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support
  • Strong understanding of ERP project methodology and experience developing documentation and deliverables aligning with the methodology
  • Works well with teams or in a team environment, with the ability to work independently
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
