The team

The Total Rewards America team is responsible for the design and implementation of Total Rewards programs, encompassing compensation, benefits, and market analysis. This group plays a pivotal role in global Annual Compensation Review, variable pay plan design, M&A integration, and ensuring alignment with global compensation principles.

 

The role

This individual will provide Total Rewards consulting support to GlobalLogic’s America region, while also help drive compensation programs at a global scale.

- Develop and execute total rewards strategies for the Americas in alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage annual compensation reviews to ensure fairness and compliance with local regulations.
- Oversee benefits administration in specified countries and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Administer variable pay programs, ensuring consistency across the Americas. Play a key role in M&A integration.
- Review Salary Action Requests, ensuring equity and alignment with global compensation structures.
- Coordinate survey data submissions and generate system reports for continuous analysis and improvement.

 

What you’ll bring

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in total rewards management, specifically in compensation and benefits.
- Proven success in developing and implementing total rewards strategies.
- In-depth understanding of the Americas region's labor market and regulatory environment.
- Preferred experience in high-tech.
- Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation and trend analysis.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Power BI, or Tableau is desirable. Possess a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with advanced English proficiency for effective business communication.
- Drive global alignment and processes while balancing regional requirements.
