YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Layout Analytics & Insights: Analyse platform data, customer feedback and journey mapping to optimise content merchandising and platform layout. Identify opportunities for experimentation and improvementsLayout Experimentation: Liaise with stakeholders from multiple teams across geographies to plan, prioritise, conduct & analyse layout experimentsPMO support for complex cross functional projects: Tracking progress by working cross-functionally with different stakeholders like product, growth & business teams; Ensuring a consistent high-bar on excellence and project deliveryPrioritization of Initiatives:Work cross-functionally with Content & discovery product, business & operations teams to fulfil business prioritiesSKILLS & ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS
Formulating, organizing, and monitoring inter-connected projects and deadlinesStructuring problem statements and hypothesis generationStrong attention to detailPREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
MBA from a tier 1 institute with 2-4 years of experience in B2C tech firms on platform growth strategy & execution (Non-MBAs with similar work experience may also work)Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for numbersComfortable working with multiple teams and stakeholders across the company Excellent written and verbal communication skillsComfort with data tools (e.g. Amplitude, SQL etc.)International experience is preferredABOUT US
