You will be leading and driving continuous improvement in client’s ROI by recommending and executing custom measurement solutions best suited to test delivery of client’s marketing objective, Identifying & recommending the right KPI to be measured basis brand & marketing objective understanding; Build Industry narratives positioning D+ H differentiation; Build internal systems & efficiencies
       
About the team- Brand Measurement team partners with the Ad Sales Strategy Team. Our mandate is to evaluate the efficacy & effectiveness of our client’s ad campaigns on the Disney+ Hotstar platform. Our vision is to ‘Build advertiser trust by driving simplicity & transparency in measuring ROI’. We combine learnings from primary surveys & passive audience signals to drive strong insights that optimize advertiser ROI.
Key Tools:
o     Measure Platform Effectiveness: Brand Lift Study, Cross media Study, Sales Lift, Market / Media Mix Modeling
o     Measure Platform Efficacy: Digital Ad Ratings
o     Syndicated Resources: TGI / NICS, IRS, BARC
o     Internal Platform Analytics
 
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Partnering with Ad Sales Team: Project management, drive continuous improvement in client’s ROI, 360 campaign analysis (Combine Push Surveys + Passive Audience Signals for Insights), Recommend custom measurement solutions best suited to test delivery of client’s marketing objective, Identifying & recommending the right KPI to be measured basis brand & marketing objective understanding
  • Industry Narratives: Analyze syndicated resources & internal platform analytics to understand Disney+ Hotstar’s differentiation
  • Build internal systems & efficiencies: Process management for all internal measurement studies. Work with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth measurement execution: Ad Operations, Product Teams, Sales Stakeholders
  • Work closely with Disney+ Hotstar leadership to shape the long term vision for Ad Sales
  • Effectively collaborate with different sales & strategy teams and other Disney+ Hotstar teams (Product, Content etc.)
  • You will head a small team focused on driving strong insights that optimize advertiser ROI and key strategic projects
  • Skills & Attributes for success

  • Understanding of Brand Health Tracking to improve topline growth. Ability to apply domain expertise for business partnering – e.g.: KPI recommendation basis Brand & marketing understanding, Funnel metrics to drive to achieve stated marketing objective
  • Ability to tie multiple data points to derive strong insights
  • Strong Application of domain expertise to solve business problems
  • Client / Publisher side experience preferred. Strong client / publisher exposure in case of agency / consultancy background
  • Knowledge & appreciation of communication testing: TV & Digital Ads
  • Good to have but not necessary: Knowledge of digital marketing, digital media effectiveness / efficacy, media ROI, media planning
  • Must have: Go getter attitude, ability to thrive in a matrix organization, strong stakeholder management skills and keen interest in driving client’s brand & business objectives
  • Preferred Education & Experience-

  • Consumer & Market Insights specialist with minimum 10-12 years of experience
  • Strong Quantitative Skills
