JOB TITLE: Producer - Content Insights, Operations & New Format, Disney+ Hotstar

LOCATION: Mumbai

JOB SUMMARY:
As a producer your primary responsibility in this role is to create captivating Hindi sports videos and compilations, leading ideation, scripting, and production. You will stay ahead of trends, ensuring futuristic content aligned with younger audience preferences. You will manage all aspects of sports content production, from graphics and highlights to editing and talent prep. ABOUT THE TEAM: 
The content team serves as the guardians of the brand's identity and is seeking an energetic and passionate individual who possesses dedication and a strong determination for the role. A genuine sports enthusiast, you should have a profound comprehension of various sports and derive joy from consuming related content. Responsibilities will encompass generating creative concepts, adeptly translating them into action, and crafting scripts to produce English sports videos and compilations.

REPORTING TO: Executive Producer - Content Insights, Operations & New Format, Disney+ Hotstar

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generating innovative ideas, effectively executing them, and scripting for the production of Hindi sports videos and compilations
  • Ensuring forward-thinking ideas and staying updated on preferences of the younger generation
  • Responsible for all aspects of sports content production, including graphic design, sports highlights and compilations, editing, script development, show production, talent preparation, and video shooting/directing
  • Monitoring the latest sports content – new releases, events, fresh online content, etc.
  • Managing the daily responsibilities of the team

    • SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS:

  • Proficiency in Hindi script writing and editing
  • 5+ years of experience in digital/social content creation or production
  • Skilled in sports content and sports production
  • Familiar with relevant software, including but not limited to Adobe Premiere Pro, and proficient with Adobe After Effects
  • In-depth understanding of digital trends and platforms in sports production, with the ability to adapt to emerging formats
  • Passionate about sports and enjoys consuming related content with a comprehensive understanding
  • Strong digital content judgment, ability to innovate, and effectively communicate ideas to both internal and external teams
  • Capable of leading productions and bringing ideas to lifeEnd-to-end planning and execution skills
  • Voice over is a bonus
