Responsibilities:

  • Daily operation and inventory management of HYPEBEANS.
  • Preparing and serving quality coffee, beverages and food to all customers.
  • Handle customers’ orders and enquires in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide an excellent customer service to all visitors.
  • Maintain smooth operations and cleanliness in the restaurant area.
  • Participating in generating revenues by attracting new customers; defining new and expanded services and products.
  • Requirements:

  • Relevant working experience in a sizable cafe/restaurant is highly preferred.
  • High proficiency in both spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Polite, presentable, people oriented, good team player, punctual, detail oriented.
  • Hard working with an outgoing and positive personality.
  • Knowledge and/or interested in coffee is a plus.
  • Leadership Experience is preferred.
