Responsibilities:
Manage the planning, design, and execution of assets, typography, logos, icons.Plan and develop seasonal concepts/graphics and analyze emerging trends/customers.Provide design mockups and sketches for global projects and private brand, etc.Keep up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colors and shapes.Testing and deciding on fabric, colors, patterns and textures for each design.Sourcing and managing the production of designs and maintain a relationship with vendors and suppliers.Work closely with internal creative team and collaborate with design team to develop ideas for new products based on research data.Work across multiple projects at the same time and be able to produce high standards of finished work in a timely manner.Maintain a superior knowledge of the latest market trends across lifestyle such as fashion, culture, art, music, etc.Design and propose new fashion items for Hypebeast’s in-house private labels: Hypebeast and Hypegolf.Requirements:
3-5 years of experience working in a fashion industry as a lifestyle product designer such as apparels, headwear, accessories, and others.Strong ability in hand-drawing and design application e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe After Effect.Solid understanding fashion products and development process for apparels, bags, and accessories.Good communication skills and be able to present ideas/designs clearly and concisely.Be self-motivated and hardworking, able to work independently both effectively and efficiently.Able to work under pressure and constructive feedback to meet tight deadlines.Understanding of street culture/HYPEBEAST background, and/or fashion work experience is highly preferred.주요 업무:
