Responsibilities:

  • Support development of RFPs (Requests for Proposal) utilizing the full scope of HYPEBEAST ad products to strategically address advertiser’s needs and campaign objectives for digital business lines.
  • Prepare research-based presentations for the sales team for client and agency meetings.
  • Build and revise media plans, check avails, reserve fixed placements and update associated fixed placement calendars, negotiate Terms & Conditions, and enter final plans onto online proposal systems.
  • Involve customer contact to attain required approvals and authorize plus log information into database.
  • Manage the digital process workflow from RFP to IO and liaise with key approval stakeholders in AdOps, Revenue Analytics, Legal, Ad Product, Research and Strategy.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all IOs, Terms & Conditions, and Campaign activities.
  • Display deep category expertise across assigned verticals - this includes presenting strategic recommendations during RFP pitches in partnership with the larger pod team in order to build thoughtful programs.
  • Interpret relevant inventory along with pricing options complying with campaign objectives.
  • Adhere to process controls and ensure all approvals are accurately secured.
  • Attend all product training to develop a deep understanding of the full suite of HYPEBEAST products across all platforms.
  • Coordinate handoff of signed campaigns to Account Management to ensure pre/post sales continuity and assist with campaign kick off management.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal team members and external clients by responding to servicing and information requests.
  • Field customer concerns by working closely with various internal teams to gather information and fulfill requests to provide solutions.
  • Communicate detailed and specific account information to Sales and Operations management.
  • Assist with onboarding new team members and participate in building strong team culture.
  • Requirements:

  • 2+ year experience as planner, account manager or similar digital role.
  • Experience utilizing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights or DFP to gather reach and engagement data.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be extremely detail oriented and provide excellent follow-through.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Keynote.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple global campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with and interest in branded content or native advertising.
  • Ability to effectively problem ­solve, analyze, and be resourceful.
  • Must demonstrate customer service attitude with both internal and external contacts.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities with a proven record of excellent time management.
  • Ability to adapt and operate effectively in a fast­-pace and evolving team environment as well as effectively manage internal and external relationships.
  • Advertising operations experience and/or familiarity with Third Party Ad Serving platforms/Rich Media providers (OAS, DFP/DFA/DART, Atlas, PointRoll, Eyeblaster, Eyewonder) is required.
