We’re looking for a Mid-Weight Creative to join the EMEA Creative Team, supporting the end-to-end development and production of branded and white-label content, events and campaigns for our brand partners.
The ideal candidate needs to have a proven track record of responding to creative proposals, working on live productions and developing internal projects within an agency and/or media environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong foundational creative skills who is excited to grow within a fast-paced combination agency/publisher environment.

Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of Hypebeast’s platform and products, and use that knowledge to work closely with the EMEA-based creative team comprised of conceptual thinkers, designers, art directors and writers to develop ideas and build campaigns that use our brand’s cultural acumen to produce content and experiences that exceed client expectations.Write and structure pitch/creative concept decks, narratives, briefs and executional direction that clearly communicate the campaign strategy and creative approach.Use your passion for youth and contemporary culture to answer creative briefs with innovative thinking and solutions and present these in cohesive, visually enticing presentations to both internal team members and clients.Understand design, art direction, strategic and copywriting processes alongside production stages—from pitch to creative development, pre-production, production, post-production and delivery.Facilitate conversations between team members, and considering how we can make the work even better at each stage.Work alongside our production team to scout talent and brief talent during pre-production, as well as provide creative and art direction on productions/on set.Collaborate closely with sales and project management teams to keep on track with timelines, deliverables, and feedback cycles.Research and analyse content opportunities, industry and consumer trends across platforms and competitors and recommend strategies, interactions or approaches.Requirements:
4+ years experience as a creative, art director, copywriter, editor or strategist at a publisher, creative agency, or similar.Concept, develop and pitch campaigns aligned to client goals that fit within a specific cultural lens and make sense within a given product set.Utilise provided data and client creative strategy/platforms to inform creative decision making.Translate top-line ideas into detailed strategy-led and/or creative-led campaigns.Propose content launch strategies and campaign rollouts.Justify campaign ideas and build creative arguments through research, data, and insights.Use past campaign performance to inform new ideas.Pitch ideas in an easy-to-understand and compelling way, both written and verbally to both internal and external stakeholders.Experience working cross-functionally across sales, accounts, and production teams, prioritising deliverables and deadlines. In-depth understanding of the HYPEBEAST brand as well as the landscape of contemporary youth culture, including but not limited to: fashion, art, design, music, sports.Proficient in Keynote, Google Suite, and have experience with Adobe design suite.Able to develop strong working relationships with your wider team – you are a central cog and a vital part of the everyday operation.A super effective time manager.Positive, proactive and solutions-driven – always thinking one step ahead.If you think you’ve got what it takes, please provide your portfolio, cover letter, resume and expected salary.
