About the role:  
Reporting to the Vice President of Product Marketing, the Director of Analyst Relations is responsible for managing Icertis’ relationship with target industry analysts by leading and increasing the company’s interactions, visibility, and influence with these market influencers. The role is a mix of internal and external analyst relations activities that include developing strong relationships with enterprise software, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)and AI analysts at firms such as Gartner, Forrester, and IDC who are influential in customer buying decisions. Provide strategic,actionable insights and recommendations to Icertis executives, product management,and marketing stakeholders. 
 
This role will require an ability to understand Icertis’ strategy, solutions and market differentiation by collaborating with subject matter experts and executives. This knowledge will be used to build and nurture strong relationships with key analysts in order to continue to improve positions in analyst reports ranking CLM vendors, drive more positive commentary and recommendations of Icertis to clients, media, and investors. #LI-remote #LI-RS1

What you will do:

  • Develop and manage strong relationships and interactions with top tier CLM, AI and vertical industry analysts.  
  • Execute on an AR plan that focuses on a core set of programs and activities including a steady cadence of analyst inquiries and briefings and research reports to showcase the company’s business and product strategy and innovations, as well as market leadership position. 
  • Follow relevant analyst firm research and event calendars to ensure optimal inclusion/coverage for Icertis. 
  • Closely follow research written by key analysts and share with Icertis stakeholders with a summary of key findings and recommendations.  
  • Plan, prepare and execute analyst briefings and inquiries between analysts and company spokespeople to ensure ongoing engagement, and influence to drive positive opinions of Icertis, its business strategies and solutions.  
  • Drive Icertis inclusion in analyst research reports, market perspectives, market share data and industry event presentations.  
  • Assist with internal and or/custom primary research studies that can be leveraged to inform external audiences, including the analyst community. 
  • Manage the entire end-to-end process for ensuring a steady flow of timely research reports about the company and our products, including Gartner CLM MQs, Forrester Waves and IDC Market scape reports that can be leveraged by Sales; coordinate with Icertis Corporate Communications and Demand Generation teams to promote positive analyst reports.  
  • Drive Icertis response to research RFIs in which multiple inputs are required by a wide range of Icertis stakeholders; manage the full research report process including executive briefings and working with customer marketing to identify qualified, positive customer references and ensure all deadlines are met.

  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of Icertis analyst relationships; develop strategies for on-boarding analysts new to the company and for increasing the strength of existing analyst relationships.  
  • This position requires a person who possesses an ability to understand broad company knowledge and develop positive  relationships across the company, so as to appropriately align the organization with analyst requirements.  
  • Create a quarterly analyst newsletter to inform on customer success and company news
  • What you will bring:

  • 7+ years of Analyst Relations or related experience, preferably in fast-growing SaaS, technology companies 
  • An interest in learningtechnology, such as CLM and AI/GenAIand incorporate into workflow.  
  • Experience negotiating and managing analyst contracts, as well asunderstandingthe unique rules of engagementof different analyst firms. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. 
  • Experience in persuasive communicating andnegotiating. 
  • Strong project management skills; detail oriented; ability to prioritize and balance ongoing changing business requirements and demands. 
  • Must work well in a team environment and interact successfully at all levels of the company. 
  • Must possess exceptional judgment and demonstrate a strong leadership presence. 
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Business or equivalent.
