As a Principal GenAI Software Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing and overseeing the development of state-of-the-art AI systems. Your primary responsibility will be to integrate advanced algorithms and Generative AI techniques, ensuring innovation and efficiency in our solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define software requirements, and you will be instrumental in shaping the architecture and design patterns to guarantee scalability, performance, and security in AI-driven solutions. Additionally, as a key representative of the tech team, you will engage in customer-facing technical discussions, PoCs, effectively communicating complex technical concepts and solutions to clients and stakeholders. Your expertise in AI technologies and software design principles will not only guide the development team but also align the AI architecture with our business goals. Staying updated with the latest developments in AI and machine learning is essential, as this knowledge will be pivotal in ensuring success in this role.

What you will do

Work closely with Product Management and Engineering teams on the GenAI architecture that forms the foundation of all ICI products.

Work closely with customers to understand the core needs to help shape the roadmap for the product.

Drive design and execution of key components of the AI stack.

Help evaluate various AI technologies and help make technical recommendations for strategic decisions within the product.

Strive for excellence in your work and help educate the team on new and innovative approaches.

What you will bring

You will be a great fit for this role if you have a growth mindset with the ability to understand a rapidly evolving technology marketplace and lead the development of a differentiated product. An ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience working at an Enterprise SaaS company, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

Advanced Degree: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, with preference for candidates holding a Master’s or higher.

Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of and experience with AI/ML technologies including Traditional ML models, NLP, LLMs, Vector Databases, and other GenAI ecosystem tools. Proficiency in one or more of the ML frameworks and programming languages. Ability to evaluate and compare ML model performance. Knowledge of MLOps and Cloud AI services. Hands-on experience with one or more big data warehouse, data analytics products.

Data-Driven Approach: Ability to use data-driven methods to understand customer requirements and market insights, designing distinctive and differentiated product capabilities.

Exceptional Communication Skills: Talented communicator, able to inspire and engage others through both written and spoken communication.

Strategic Thinking: Capable of handling tactical items while maintaining focus on long-term strategic goals.

Agility and Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a matrixed, fast-paced, and agile work environment.

Self-Motivation and Integrity: Self-motivated to drive excellence and uphold high standards of integrity.

Industry Experience: At least 10 years of experience in software architecture, focusing on AI and machine learning technologies, building B2B products for Enterprise.

Leadership and Collaboration: Strong leadership qualities with experience in mentoring teams and a proven track record in collaborative projects.

Travel Requirement: Ability to travel domestically as needed for the role.

Successfully led the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions, resulting in improved efficiency and innovation.

Collaborated with cross-functional teams to define software requirements, ensuring seamless integration of advanced algorithms and Generative AI techniques.

Effectively communicates complex technical concepts and solutions to clients and stakeholders, leading to successful customer engagements and PoCs.
