The role
We are looking for a Country Manager (Business Development Team Leader) to drive our growth as the first-choice VDR provider in Japan. Based in Tokyo and reporting directly to the VP of East Asia Business Development, you'll build up and lead a high-performing sales team to foster key partnerships, clients, explore untapped markets, and help attain our ambitious revenue targets.
Your strategic initiatives will shape the industry with cutting-edge VDR solutions while ensuring an exceptional client experience. We seek a proven sales leader with a strong Japan network who's passionate about value-based selling, team development, and performance. You'll analyze sales metrics to inform strategies and coach your team to exceed targets.
