About the Platform

The MSA Reseller platform is a mission-critical product enabling users to:

  • Add and manage advertising funds in Microsoft Bing.
  • Integrate seamlessly with payment gateways like Stripe and Chargebee.
  • Ensure compliance, fund tracking, invoicing, and reconciliation.
  • Support both prepaid and postpaid workflows, tailored for global regions including China and ROW.
  • Provide a scalable, self-serve experience for agencies and resellers.

Role Summary

We are seeking a Associate Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of the MSA Reseller Platform. You will define product vision, prioritize features, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless user experience and business operations. You’ll drive platform evolution from a reactive tool to a proactive, intelligent interface for fund management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership

  • Define and manage the product roadmap based on business goals and user feedback.
  • Drive feature development and iteration across PG integration, fund workflows, user management, reporting, and compliance tracking.

Integrations & Workflows

  • Manage third-party integrations (Microsoft Ads APIs, Stripe, Chargebee).
  • Own workflows for fund authorization, settlement, invoice generation, and Microsoft IO sync.

User Experience & Platform Strategy

  • Ensure a smooth, intuitive self-serve experience for users managing funds and IOs.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality releases.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track product performance through usage metrics, fund flow visibility, and platform reliability.
  • Drive automation and insights via dashboards and intelligent fund recommendations.

Compliance & Risk Mitigation

  • Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure fund flow compliance.
  • Implement controls for user access, invoice tracking, and system audits.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of Product Management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or internal enterprise tools.
  • Strong understanding of payment workflows, billing systems, and platform integrations.
  • Experience working with Salesforce (preferably Community Cloud) is a big plus.
  • Prior exposure to PGs like Stripe/Chargebee, and working knowledge of fund or invoice management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Ads ecosystem or digital advertising platforms.
  • Background in FinTech, RevOps tools, or billing/reconciliation flows.
