We are expanding our Marketing nation across 25 countries and currently, we are looking for a new team member as a Customer Marketing Manager. Objectives of this Role

  • Drive our customer marketing program globally. In collaboration with the Global and Regional Marketing teams, you’ll execute and deliver an engaging program across 5 continents.
  • Develop and engage with our global community of users - the “Growth Makers Club”, focuses on recognizing talented marketers, sharing best practices and networking. It also drives our customer referrals, advocacy and word of mouth approach.
  • Manage execution of cross-sell and up-sell campaigns within our customer portfolio, partnering with sales and customer success to achieve annual renewal and expansion goals.
  • Build long-term relationships with our flagship customers and turn them into strong advocates who will generate powerful advocacy materials like case studies, peer reviews and testimonials.
  • Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing activities to support the overall customer marketing program, including advisory boards, onboarding programs, referral & loyalty programs, webinars, direct mailings, enablement, newsletters, emails, and events.
  • Own our customer advocacy programs, ensuring the generation of best-in-class case studies, testimonials and reviews in all regions.
  • Work with our Content Team to produce marketing collaterals, helping clients throughout the customer lifecycle, including implementation, renewal, and upsell.
  • Drive the best customer experience by aligning and monitoring programs across all customer touch points.
  • What we expect from you.

  • Our ideal Customer Marketing Manager king/queen is a passionate marketer who understands how to build a framework around the voice of the customer. Through innovative programs, they are able to increase customer adoption globally.


  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing; technology or software/SaaS industry is preferred.
  • 2+ years of proven success in a program or project management role
  • Previous experience in a customer marketing, customer experience is a plus
  • Previous experience in customer success or other customer facing role is a plus
  • Passion for driving customer engagement and turning customers into advocates.
  • Ability to lead and execute effective cross-channel integrated campaigns (e.g. events, direct mail, email, webinars, digital, etc.).
  • Ability to work with remote team members and multiple stakeholders from various departments.
  • Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation Software like Hubspot or similar is a plus.
