What You'll Do
Working closely with the Country Manager like a right hand, following up with his calendar and agendaAssisting the Country Manager for daily business activitiesScheduling meetings, events, and appointmentsResponding to all the related issues on behalf of the Country Manager upon receiving their guidanceMaintaining confidentiality and uses a high degree of discretionWorking in a professional and focused manner to schedule internal and external meetingsPlanning, coordinating, and ensuring the Country Manager's schedule is followed and respectedProvides a bridge for smooth communication between the Country Manager and internal related departmentsWorking closely and effectively with the Country Manager to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriatelyWorking with high, performance heads and Sales Team and collaborating with them to continually achieve higher levels of business impactPreparing and analyzing reports and presentationsContinuously innovating. improving and helping to shape Insider's destiny through observation.Helping to develop business strategies for different business segmentsSkills and Requirements
University degree (in a related field or not - we welcome new perspectives as well)2+ years relevant work experience.
