As the Finance Business Partner in Insider day in and day out you;

  • will be the first point of contact for the region in terms of all Finance & Business Support Department related topics,
  • will support the forecast/planning cycles with responsibility for forecast accuracy,
  • will manage and develop a budget for your region, especially for headcount planning and expense budgeting,
  • will report on actual financial results against targets, provide analysis of variances, assist in guidance on future trends, and present findings to Finance leadership and the Executive team,
  • will be responsible for accounts payable management,
  • will manage the global collection and billing teams and mentor them,
  • will be developing and implementing improvements to the collection process to achieve the DSO targets.

  • have experience in relevant fields (Experience in a SaaS company is an advantage),
  • have prior experience at a SaaS company is preferred,
  • have hands-on experience in operating and implementing finance information systems,
  • are a proactive and self-directed person and you take initiatives when necessary,
  • love working in a multicultural environment, and have an excellent command of English to communicate effectively,
  • have strong communication skills,
  • are familiar with working closely and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, ever-growing, and challenging startup environment.
