The Role

The Provider Recruiter will act as a talent advisor to hiring managers in multiple Iora markets to manage all full-cycle recruiting activities. They will work effectively with internal stakeholders, interface directly with candidates, possess great communication skills and have the ability to work on several projects at once. Specific Responsibilities:

This role will be focused on finding top Physician, Nurse Practitioner, and Behavioral Health talent across the country. This opportunity is national in scope and will support hiring managers in current markets across the U.S, and will play a critical role in helping launch practices in new markets as we grow. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Uses a variety of resources and creative techniques to proactively source, develop, and maintain qualified and diverse pipelines of talent
  • The key to being successful in this role is the ability to build relationships with both Providers and internal stakeholders. 
  • Review resumes, cultivate referrals, and pre-screen candidates while moving interview process forward in a timely manner
  • Organize candidate feedback and facilitate interview debriefs
  • Drive the offer process, including: extending offers, negotiations, closing tactics
  • Uses the full functionality of the ATS (Greenhouse) to manage and track job posts, pipeline activity, interview feedback and candidate communication
  • Lead weekly meetings with internal stakeholders; communicate key metrics and insights on recruiting pipeline
  • Proactively identifies and participates in/or leads recruitment-related opportunities for improvement that will enhance the Iora’s ability to attract qualified and diverse candidates
  • Create and own a flawlessly positive candidate experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2+ years of Recruiting experience (agency or full-cycle recruiting experience strongly preferred)
  • Knowledge and past use of a web-based applicant tracking systems and other web-based recruiting services such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on providing best in class customer service (both internally and externally)
  • Strong customer management skills with ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Strong organizational, time management and process management skills necessary to maintain workload and manage competing demands
  • Able to prioritize tasks/goals in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Goal oriented and focused on execution
  • Superb team player, willing to jump in and help out where needed
