About this role:

The Supervisor of Revenue Cycle Management is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and management of all activities associated with the revenue cycle processes being delivered in the GBC including, but not limited to: Benefits Verification, Claims Integrity, Prior Authorization, Appeals, AR and related functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams within the GBC based revenue cycle including, but not limited to: Benefits Verification, Claims Integrity, Prior Authorization, Appeals, AR and related functions
  • Provides feedback and guidance to the team to ensure they achieve or exceed company expectations
  • Communicate with internal and external groups on recommended revenue cycle strategies
  • Assist in escalations and problem-solving
  • Train and onboard new team members and serve as a subject matter expert to the team
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient data and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

About you:

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in revenue cycle management in: Benefits Verification, Claims Integrity, Prior Authorization, Appeals, AR and related functions.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in an environment providing direction to others
  • Experience working with a high claims volume provider (.5-1M+ claims annually)
  • Experience with analytical tools to drive decision making
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
  • Strong communication, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Must be able to work under moderate stress and pressure while maintaining a professional attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree ​
  • Business, marketing and/or management, graduate degree
  • Process improvement and project management skills
  • Experience in fast-paced, team-oriented, matrixed organization
