We are looking for a motivated team player to join our fast-paced payroll team! The Payroll Clerk will play a critical role in the weekly payroll process and provide support for ongoing payroll-related inquiries and audits.  

Position Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll with complete accuracy for 350+ US hourly employees utilizing ADP WFN.
  • Process and maintain employee deductions (garnishments, support orders, etc).
  • Prepare payroll-related general ledger files.  
  • Process weekly expense reports using SAP Concur.    
  • Provide solutions to payroll issues as they arise.
  • Reviews payroll data, calculations and new hire information entered in the payroll system.
  • Review timecards and correct inaccuracies.
  • Partner with the HR team for payroll-related items and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Support the Payroll Supervisor with projects as needed.
  • Assist the Payroll Supervisor with the year-end process.
  • Perform other related duties (special projects and reporting analysis) as necessary
  • Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience processing payroll for multiple locations
  • Proficient in ADP WorkforceNow (WFN) required
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic environment with high attention to detail 
  • Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
  • Commitment to employee support
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities, effectively manage time, and meet deadlines
  • An understanding of payroll including garnishments, bonus payments, and special payments
  • Be a solutions-oriented team player and possess excellent organizational skills
  • Exceptional professional judgment and management of confidential information
