The developer will be responsible for the design and maintenance of the DAS OAMP Supervisor platform of JMA. In particular the development will be related to both embedded software and proprietary software tools to manage DAS platform.
The person in this position will support and collaborate with other team members on a daily basis to develop new features and for bug fixing. In addition, she/he will design and implement new components and SW packages.
The software developer will interface with the Technical leader of the project to develop the software packages and QA team’s members to support its testing.
JMA OAMP DAS software platform is developed implementing proprietary interfaces of communication as well as SNMP and Netconf.

Responsibilities:

  • Backend development in Java, Javascript, html and C++ language
  • Maintenance of existing Java panels and creation of new ones
  • Implementation of JMA proprietary protocol and SNMP Agent module
  • Interface with Firmware Team and QA for product validation and release cycle
  • Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in writing in Java UI, Javascript, html and C++
  • Used to git and agile workflow
  • Working knowledge of embedded Linux
  • SQL database knowledge
  • Networking knowledge
  • Attention to details, team work and proactive mindset
  • SNMP knowledge (as a plus)
  • Yocto knowledge (as a plus)
