We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to join our team. This versatile, hands-on position plays an essential role in overseeing and improving our supply chain operations to meet the evolving needs of engineering and production demands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic supply policies and procedures that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality throughout our operations. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent leadership skills, and comprehensive knowledge of logistics, procurement, inventory control, and distribution practices. You will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders—including suppliers, manufacturers, and internal engineering teams—to optimize supply chain performance and ensure the on-time delivery of products. Additionally, you will utilize data analytics to forecast demand, identify trends, and proactively mitigate potential risks within the supply network. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in supply management, with a proven track record of successfully implementing process and operational improvements.

The annual salary range for this full-time position in California is $110,000-$150,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level. Please note that the compensation details listed above are base salary only and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
