The Opportunity:
Lalamove is now seeking for an out-going, energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our Driver Operations team in Taiwan. This role will require someone with strong communication skills to reach out to our driver community and maintain strong relations with our driver partners.

一、工作內容

  • 企業客戶關係維護:負責維繫並深化與Lalamove既有企業客戶的合作關係,確保企業客戶持續使用公司的物流服務,維持良好的客戶關係並持續提升企業客戶的品牌忠誠度。
  • 營收與業務成長策略規劃:透過業務數據監控,提出具成長性的業務策略,推動企業客戶增加物流服務使用量,達成業績目標。
  • 物流解決方案建議:根據企業客戶需求,提供完整的物流解決方案,確保運營順暢,並協助客戶解決營運上的問題與重大客訴。
  • 例行業務與跨部門協作:執行日常業務管理,並與內部團隊協作,確保服務品質及客戶需求得到即時回應與處理。

  • 高度自律與執行力:具備獨立作業能力,能主動規劃與推動業務成長策略,確保業務目標達成。
  • 良好的溝通與協調能力:擁有良好的溝通談判技巧,能有效維繫企業客戶關係,並靈活應對市場變化與客戶需求。
  • 企業客戶管理與業務經驗:能持續發揮業務熱忱。具企業客戶管理、B2B業務開發或相關領域經驗者佳。
