As the Assistant Manager, Driver Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and secure onboarding of drivers onto our platform, while leading initiatives to grow our fleet of branded vehicles. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence and supporting business growth by maintaining high-quality standards in driver onboarding and sticker installations.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee and optimize the driver onboarding process to ensure efficiency, compliance, and a positive experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase the adoption of branded stickers on driver vehicles.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to driver verification and conversion to branded sticker vehicles.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to design campaigns that encourage driver participation.
  • Identify operational gaps and propose process improvements to enhance driver satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout onboarding and vehicle branding processes.
  • Support and organize driver-related events, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Assist in managing the driver support team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Manage and keep engaged a team of team leader´s and their rerspective team members focused on productivity and quality.
  • What We’re Looking For

    - 2+ years of experience in contact center operations, logistics, or partner driver management.
    - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and reporting tools.
    - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
    - Knowledge of local transport regulations and onboarding processes (a plus).
    - Fluent in English (mandatory).
