About the role
All great people teams are built on rock solid foundations - as part of the founding team in New York, we are now seeking an Associate, People Operations, focusing on executing and supporting our People team in the US and working closely with cross function departments as a partner to the business.
The incumbent will be responsible for executing people related tasks across the full spectrum of People topics, to rapidly scale our presence and grow Lalamove in the US market.
We’re looking for someone who has experience in a high growth startup, working closely in a matrix organisation structure.
What you will do:
All People Operations matters pertaining to the full employee lifecycle Execute monthly payroll for all full time and non-full time employeesAct as the key contact for benefits schemes: transportation allowance, health insurance, staff related expenses etcSupport People Manager in developing and implementing C&B policies, benefits, welfare, healthcare as well as disciplinary actions, etc.Reports: Prepare monthly/periodic internal payroll reports, cost reports, headcount efficiency (productivity) reportsAssist People Manager in implementing team projects and initiatives, including salary benchmarking, inflation studies, competitor analysis, annual salary reviews, performance evaluations, promotion and internal transfers etc.Others: Ad-hocs tasks as assignedWhat we seek:
