We are seeking driven Associates (Telesales Agent – Onboarding/Offline Presence) who are passionate about connecting with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
For the Onboarding role, you will be responsible for selling Lalamove as a platform to driver partners by effectively communicating benefits, creating urgency, and driving conversions within a 14-day funnel through targeted calls and follow-ups. You will also manage key onboarding projects, prioritize leads, provide regular reports to internal and external teams, and create engaging static and video content to attract and retain drivers.
For the Offline Presence role, you will play a vital part in promoting Lalamove’s Sticker Program by driving adoption from First-Time Activation (FTA) to First-Time Sticker Installation. This includes scheduling drivers for sticker installations, achieving daily call targets, conducting follow-ups, and generating reports to identify challenges and propose solutions. You will also create impactful content that highlights sticker benefits and showcases success stories from existing driver partners to strengthen Lalamove’s offline presence.
