What you’ll do
Actively reaching out to Sticker Driver Partners via phone calls. Provide guidance to our Driver Partners on the offline presence process.Manage our truck drivers who have installed Lalamove stickers on their vehicles as well as motorcycle drivers who have purchased Lala-bags, including data collection, retention management, driver data management, payment management, supporting drivers;Engage and collaborate with every function within Operations team and others, both lateral and vertical, to ensure information flow with all drivers are being processed efficiently;Special/ad-hoc projects assign by Line Manager/ Department Manager.

Cung cấp hướng dẫn cho đối tác tài xế quy trình quảng bá thương hiệu ngoại tuyến.Quản lý các đối tác tài xế xe tải đã dán nhãn logo Lalamove trên phương tiện của họ cũng như đối tác tài xế xe máy đã mua túi Lala, bao gồm thu thập dữ liệu, quản lý gắn kết, quản lý dữ liệu, thanh toán và hỗ các đối tác.Tham gia và phối hợp với các chức năng khác trong phòng Vận hành và phòng ban khác nhằm đảm bảo thông tin chuyển đến tất cả đối tác được xử lý một cách hiệu quả.Thực hiện các công việc đặc biệt/ dự án theo phân bổ từ quản lý trực tiếp/ Trưởng phòng ban.What we seek
