Job Descriptions

  • Penalty of Invalid Reason and Lateness by Driver calculation
  • Driver Waiting Time Claim Process (Validation and Adjustment)
  • All Adjustment Driver Wallet and User Wallet
  • Proceed Cashout Management - Daily Driver Fraud Activities
  • Driver Complain related Zendesk/Zoho Ticket
  • Monitoring & Manage Driver Deposit - Monitoring Driver Attributes Distribution

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting.
  • Proven work experience as a finance administrator or similar
  • Good understanding of MS Office
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
  • A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
  • Deadline-orientated and an ability to stick to time constraints
  • Willing to work in shifting (for Weekend or Public Holiday)
