We are seeking an FP&A Specialist who will not back down in the face of challenge, who is ready to try new things and is ready to make history together with the rest of the team at Lalamove. Life at Lalamove is fast-paced and thrilling, and we are constantly doing things no one has ever done before. This person will acts as a liaison between Group Finance and Local Office in managing the planning and spending of our Brazil operations.

Main responsabilities:

Budget construction, Spending control and Financial reporting

Preform periodic Variance Analysis (actual vs budget) and reporting/presenting to Local Management and Group Finance

Financial Business Partner of our Brazil operations

Support both Local and Group managers/stakeholders with reports and data

Monitor data related to the Local Office's payment methods, ensuring liquidity and stability

Preform Cashflow/Bank reconciliation and reporting it to Group Finance

What you'll need:

Solid knowledge and experience in financial analysis (all rounded knowledge and experience in others area of finance/accounting is a plus)

Advanced knowledge of Excel and/or other spreadsheet software (e.g. Google Sheets)

Advanced spoken and written English (require frequent direct contact with our headquarters and other offices)

Data Driven: having the ability to analyze and present financial/operational data, and create recommendations accordingly
