We are seeking a dynamic Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate is able to work in fast-growing, diversified, and dynamic environments. This position will support our team and marketing initiatives to drive brand equity, and marketing KPI, and ultimately achieve the marketing and business goals in Dhaka.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design static materials for corporate & non-corporate users, driver partners, and key internal stakeholders (Driver Operations, Sales) in addition to regular marketing communication aligned with business goals and campaign objectives.
  • Create in-app visual communications, including banners, promotional statics, and offer creatives for both corporate and non-corporate users.
  • Design and produce print-ready materials such as flyers, brochures, stickers, posters, standees, and corporate merchandise — ensuring accuracy and print compatibility.
  • Own typography and layout design across all communication touchpoints, maintaining consistency and readability.
  • Adapt and localize regional/global visual content to fit Bangladesh market sensibilities, ensuring relevance and cultural resonance.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and high-quality visual outputs.
  • Maintain and improve brand consistency in all deliverables, working within brand guidelines while pushing for creative innovation.

  • What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor Degree/Diploma holder or above with a minimum of 1 year of advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; 
  • Fundamental design knowledge gained from working with Brand and Marketing communication materials and creative development.
  • Ability to generate creative AI prompts for development projects
  • Good portfolio,  basic copywriting & proofreading skills & knowledge of existing local design trend will be considered as advantage
  • Knowledge of Bangla Typography, Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects will be considered as a major advantage. 
  • Strong graphic sense with an excellent eye for details and understanding of design trends.
