The position is primarily responsible for growing the business of existing corporate clients at the same time manage necessary day-to-day coordination in order to promote smooth transactions between internal and external clients.
What You'll Do:
Account Management - Understand assigned clients’ business to learn how Lalamove products and services can best help them operationally
Relationship Management - Manage and address issues and concerns accordingly in a timely manner; Seek regular feedback from assigned clients and think of ways on how to improve the way we serve them
Reports - Prepares weekly, and monthly or as needed, reports to track performance and movement of assigned accounts Other sales duties as assigned by the Sales ManagerWhat We Seek:
