Lead the digital acquisition strategy for Lalamove in Brazil, ensuring sustainable user and driver growth. Oversee and integrate the brand’s communication projects and campaign production to a cohesive strategy through all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute the paid media strategy across multiple platforms (DV360, Meta, Google, UAC and programmatic partners)Deliver on KPIs such as FTU, CAC, and lead generationCoordinate initiatives with regional teams, functional departments, and cross-functional stakeholdersAnalyze performance data and propose experiments, optimizations, and continuous improvementsSupervise and guide the performance analyst, ensuring quality execution and developmentManage monthly forecasts and media planning in alignment with budgetSupport the planning of Lalamove’s brand communication calendarOversee end-to-end campaign production (briefing, creative development, reviews)Supervise content execution across social media, email, blog, and user activationsCollaborate with design and PR to ensure tone and visual identity consistencyAct as the main point of contact for integrated brand campaigns, partnerships, and institutional projectsRequirements:
7+ years of experience in digital marketing and brand communicationPrevious experience leading teams (internal or external, such as agencies or freelancers) is requiredSolid background in paid performance marketing (media buying, analytics, optimization)Proven experience managing campaigns and communications projectsStrong analytical thinking, with excellent organizational skillsEnglish Advanced
