What you will do:
Salesmanship: Manage inbound leads and coordinate client meetings, with a strong focus on converting opportunities into business. Requires extensive sales experience, including prospecting and qualifying leads, building lasting client relationships, and effectively following up on new business opportunities.
Analytical and Reporting Skills: Analyze sales data to identify weaknesses and growth opportunities, providing actionable insights to management. Lead the development and optimization of sales processes to enhance team performance, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and predictive market analysis.
Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate your team, work with them to set and meet sales goals. You will be in charge of managing, hiring and motivating the team to strive for success.
Managerial Skills: You must know the concepts of consultative selling in the context of selling a service and know how to pass on your knowledge to your team to hit team input and output KPIs.What you’ll need:
We're looking for a driven Sales Lead with 5+ years of leadership experience, ideally in startups, logistics, tech, or e-commerce. You should have:A strong corporate client network and solid market/industry knowledge in RiyadhFluency in Arabic and English (spoken, written, and reading)Proven ability to lead teams and drive performanceA proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude and flexibility to adapt to changeExcellent problem-solving, negotiation, and presentation skillsFamiliarity with mobile/web technologies and CRM tools (a plus)A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related fieldTo all candidates- Lalamove respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.
