Due to the rapid growth in the volume of our business coverage - we are seeking for a Senior PMO Analyst to embed project management frameworks into our processes! You will work closely with our Scrum Master & other engineering managers to plan, track and ensure quality & timely project completion.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage multi-projects from end to end including planning, risk management, progress tracking and project quality
  • Define, improve and promote working framework or protocol for team 
  • Collaboration collect/analyze data, including team efficiency, feature timeline projection, and identify underlying issues by discussing with teams/stakeholders.
  • Organize and host meetings in different stage of projects, and ensure meeting efficiency
  • Collaborate and organize company resources, ensure teams work efficiently
  • Provide reports to senior management. Manage stakeholder expectations, anticipates operational and tactical risks and tracks them.
  • Take a flexible approach to task boundaries where appropriate.

    • What you will need:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • 5+ years in project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent planning and time management skills. Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong analysis, critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Identifies problems, provides / facilitates the creation of options and recommendations and uses initiative to drive solutions; identifies and manages risk
  • Experience in Scrum/Nexus is a plus
  • Well-experienced in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall
  • Self-motivated, decisive, strong execution, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
  • Strong experience in the use of different tools (e.g. Jira, Google Sheet)to aid program management
  • Certification in PSM / SPS / PSPO /PMP/ ACP is a plus
  • Educational background in computer science or computer engineering in preferred
