Role:

Linqia is looking for a Recruiting Sourcer / Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building great candidate experiences from first outreach to onsite interviews. You’ll play a critical role in identifying top talent and keeping our recruiting operations running smoothly across our Sales, Marketing, Success, and Operations teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, internal databases, and other creative methods
  • Craft personalized outreach to drive interest and excitement in Linqia’s open roles
  • Own scheduling for phone screens, interviews, and onsite loops, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline hygiene in our ATS (Greenhouse) and sourcing tools
  • Coordinate communication and logistics between candidates, recruiters, and interview teams
  • Help track and report on key recruiting metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
  • Pitch in on ad hoc recruiting projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of recruiting coordination and/or sourcing experience, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment
  • Experience supporting recruiting efforts across Sales, Marketing, Success, and/or Operations functions
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented and process-driven, with a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
  • Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Google Workspace
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented
  • Based in the SF Bay Area and able to commute to our San Francisco office 2x per week
