What You'll Do:

We are looking for a Creative Director to join our Corporate Marketing team and lead the overall creative direction for our evolving brand. As the Creative lead; you will own building out the look, tone, and feel of the LogicMonitor brand across all of our marketing assets, campaigns, channels, and funnel. Look forward to partnering closely with our product, product marketing, communications, and digital teams to ensure that the brand is brought to life in a cohesive and authentic way across our customer, digital, and live touch points. Your strong blend of creative thinking, leadership skills, strategic vision, and effective communication, presentation skills, and communicating between technical and creative team members will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's identity. You have expertise working in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and a working knowledge of WordPress.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Design production:
    •  Build highly creative and impactful programs to connect customers, partners and employees with our brand to deliver measurable business results.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders and outside agency partners to set the creative strategy to bring the brand to life across initiatives, channels, and products across web, mobile, audio, social, digital, content, video and experiential.
    • Work with leaders to identify and prioritize key initiatives to support LogicMonitor’s growth and experience for our target customers
    • Develop graphic designs from conception to completion
    • Design graphic content including but not limited to illustrations, infographics, sales pages, ecommerce pages, email templates, and paid media ads.
    • Creative blog posts, ebooks, landing pages, etc. for consistency, clarity, brevity, accuracy, and readability
  • Creative management & measurement
    • Partner closely with channel owners to build a consistent end-to-end brand experience across marketing touch-points and mediums.
    • Partner closely with product and web design to ensure consistency of the overall experience of our brand.
    • Develop an iterative approach to creative to cultivate a testing culture for creative assets to drive performance improvements.
    • Owning end-to-end creative process -- from concept to production -- across all marketing assets
    • Managing the project pipeline and workflow i.e project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
    • Managing repository of marketing assets
    • Grow and maintain a network of freelance and creative production resources
    • Analyze product objectives to deliver results aligned with project goals
    • Recognize and implement process improvement, while ensuring visual consistency 
    • Present key content metrics and results to Campaign Managers and stakeholders monthly
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field, preferred not required
  • 10+ years of relevant work in the creative field with a portfolio of results-driven work that shows diversity of experience across both online and offline marketing.
  • Led an in-house creative team that has developed full funnel creative campaigns for across awareness through acquisition.
  • Experience in performance marketing across channels.
  • Experience with brand management/design
  • Experience with marketing campaigns across mediums—web, OOH, print, social, video, internal collateral (e.g. presentations)—across the funnel (awareness, conversion, advocacy, etc.).
  • Experience within agency and/or have worked in a software high-growth company 
  • A desire to work hands-on in producing deliverables
  • Self-motivated, hardworking problem-solver with a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Advanced understanding of image optimization, file size and type, and font use
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Asset management experience

LogicMonitor believes in pay transparency, so we provide the base salary ranges for all of our jobs in the United States. Actual base salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location, education, experience, skills, and qualifications. 
As part of our holistic compensation philosophy, LogicMonitor also offers many competitive elements in our total compensation package for US employees, such as bonus or commission compensation in addition to the base pay, an equity program for all full time employees, 401K matching, and other rewards. 

Base Salary Range
$143,000$156,400 USD
