What You'll Do:

LogicMonitor is disrupting the observability market and changing the way businesses take disparate sources of data and turn it into action. We are already a leader in this space - and we started by solving the hardest, most complicated problem first. With roots in the IT Infrastructure Monitoring space, we are on an evolutionary journey heading toward what’s next - unified observability. Our platform enables enterprise resiliency through data insights from the infrastructure, network, and application. As we enter this next phase of growth, we are in search of a Manager, Product Management.

How would you like to be a part of a creative and energetic team that will impact the way Product Management professionals learn one of the leading IT infrastructure monitoring and observability platforms? Make your mark as the Manager of Product Management by helping successfully execute on the vision, strategy, and priorities for product focus areas. You will shepherd an amazing team of passionate product managers and evolve various areas of the product to build market-defining products.

Working in tandem with LM product managers, engineering, customer success, marketing, sales, support, and other cross-functional teams to build or enhance a suite of LM product offerings that help our customers succeed in achieving their business objectives.

To be successful as the Manager of Product Management it is instrumental you are an expert on the product, understand how to analyze user needs, and tie them to various product initiatives. Provide guidance and direction to direct reports and ensure coverage of relevant product areas and functionality. When needed, provide go-to-market assistance to help in pre-sales or post-sales situations.

  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers that meets or exceeds customer satisfaction and LogicMonitor's goals.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with cross-functional teams to further the goals of successful product releases and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively on the execution plan and its progress to all stakeholders involved.
  • Evaluate or Establish KPIs for your area of ownership.
  • Deep understanding of the entire LM product with ability to demo the product beyond area of ownership.
  • Unique and extensive industry expertise in IT infrastructure monitoring, IT automation, and developer ecosystem.
  • Solid understanding to be an SME and go-to person for your area of ownership.
  • Maintain and communicate Roadmap - drive transparency.
What You'll Need:
  • 8+ years of lifecycle product management experience in enterprise IT product area
  • 2+ years of people management experience - direct or dotted line
  • BA/BS or equivalent, MBA, CS, or CE degrees a plus
  • Technical aptitude and knowledge of the networking and/or application monitoring industry
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills including communicating to enterprise customers
  • Detail oriented, strategic thinker who can see the big picture and distill it into prioritized, actionable tasks
  • Strong analytical skills, able to identify and present meaningful usage metrics used to define product success
