What You'll Do:

LogicMonitor is disrupting the hybrid cloud monitoring market by changing the way businesses use disparate sources of data. We are already a leader in this space – and we started by solving the hardest, most complicated problem first. With roots in the IT Infrastructure Monitoring space, we have carved out excellent product-market fit in hybrid cloud monitoring. Our customers love LogicMonitor's ability to bring cloud and traditional IT together into one view, as seen in minimal churn rates, expansion business, and exciting new customer references.

As we enter this next phase of growth, we are in search of a Corporate Communications Manager focused on ensuring that the tone of voice is consistent across our communication and marketing channels. This role is key to helping LogicMonitor accelerate growth through developing, collaborating, and creating engaging content in all forms; from the production of press releases, blog posts, podcasts, campaigns and content on social media to developing sector specific communication strategies with global sector leads. You will also have the opportunity to cultivating press relations, and leading the PR strategy on behalf of LogicMonitor. 

Here's a closer look at the duties in this key role:

Core marketing contribution:

  • Drive consistent messaging, positioning and content that positions LogicMonitor as a leader in the industry with press.
  • Ideate digital video and audio product messaging for media and social channels  
  • Support Executive Communications, ensuring that key executives are elevating their visibility with media.
  • Improve LogicMonitor’s brand awareness through award submissions, executive thought leadership, executive speaking ops, press coverage and social media.
  • Responsible for driving metrics and measurement.

Thought Leadership Content:

  • Partner closely with Product Marketing and Product Management on larger thought leadership narratives
  • Showcase product news, executive thought leadership and company news across a variety of mediums, print, video, and in-person events.
  • Manage speaking and awards program with Agency.
  • Create, project manage and deliver thought leadership campaigns.
  • Maintain corporate information on LogicMonitor.com including the 'newsroom' and 'press releases' page.

Press Relations:

  • Manage relationship with and performance of global agencies.
  • Set KPIs for PR agencies and produce monthly PR reporting.
  • Ensure global support for NAM, EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Develop and maintain PR content program strategy.
  • Create and maintain approved LogicMonitor spokesperson matrix.
  • Submit executive thought leadership articles with on-going columns (e.g. IDG and Forbes).
  • Work across teams (executive, product, and marketing) to identify storylines and to amplify these stories externally.
  • Work closely with product and product marketing teams to amplify company-wide product launches and devise and execute ongoing campaigns.
  • Engage in proactive media pitches that amplify awareness and result in articles with positive tonality.
  • Proactive and consistent media outreach following PR calendar and quarterly themes (promoting product launches and integrations, marquee customer use cases, and company news).
  • Create storylines, messaging documents, and talking points for product launches and company news.
  • Administer Media Training to internal employees.

Internal Corporate Communications:

  • Support internal communications initiatives that reinforces business strategy via executive huddles, cultural values, and roadmap updates.

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years experience in PR and/or Corporate Communications in the B2B space with B2B media relationships.
  • Experience in media content creation (contributed articles, blogs, press releases, analyst decks, etc.)
  • Experience successfully collaborating in a multi-layered organization across functions and geographies.
  • Solid foundation in marketing and SaaS business principles.
  • Ability to work independently to plan and prioritize workload in line with business needs as this is an individual contributor role.

Actual base salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location, education, experience, skills, and qualifications.
LogicMonitor also offers many competitive elements in our total compensation package for US employees, such as a bonus, MBO, or commission compensation in addition to the base pay, an equity program, 401K matching, and other rewards. 

Expected Base Salary Range
$90,300$124,200 USD
