What You'll Do:

You will be one of the first members of our Sales Operations team in EMEA and will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of customer subscriptions, improving the scalability of our quoting process, and helping to drive reporting and analysis to achieve our operational targets in addition to providing analytics support to our Sales team across operations and Deal desk.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational dashboards and reports for the Sales organisation to provide actionable insights and drive decision-making
  • Proactively monitor the quality and integrity of supporting sales data and highlight improvement opportunities
  • Perform deep dive analysis of Sales metrics and reporting questions/concerns from leadership by understanding the situation, developing a hypothesis, analysing data, and reporting back findings / solutions
  • Develop best practices that align sales analytics with company initiatives
  • Support efforts to improve systems and tools that support the sales team
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree Required; Finance or Business Degree preferred 
  • 1+ years experience in a Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or similar role
  • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate clearly and effectively
  • Sharp attention to detail and accuracy, and a dedicated work-ethic
  • Strong critical thinking skills, innovative spirit, and creativity to design scalable processes
  • Excellent presentation skills, and an ability to build simplified, professional reports and slide decks
