What You'll Do:

As a crucial member of the FP&A and Strategic Procurement team at LogicMonitor, you are called upon to be highly influential across all business activities enabling the Company's scalability and growth. Make your mark supporting the global procurement process and championing the strategic sourcing initiatives.
Here's a closer look at this key role:
- Strategically and efficiently manage end-to-end purchase requisition / RFx process, leading activities with respective business partners and legal team
- Develop sound, cost-effective strategies for the purchasing of materials used in the business
- Develop and create procurement processes aligned to compliance obligations, i.e., FedRamp, ESG
- Strategize with business and technical owners to understand the needs of the Company
- Manage contract negotiations for new and existing suppliers, partnering with the respective business partners and legal to ensure compliance with internal policies / risk management
- Conduct initial contract review and negotiations, and partner with legal team to ensure favorable contracts and terms
- Create and develop strong working relationships with key internal and external partners to ensure a competitive procurement environment
- 6-7 years experience in Procurement and Strategic Sourcing with a high-growth technology / SaaS company
- BS / BA in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred
- Experience negotiating agreements and familiar with key legal concepts and risks
- Familiarity with software negotiations (including without limitation SaaS and AI based products), analytics, strategy, planning, and managing sourcing activities
- Proficiency with RFx and procure-to-pay systems such as Zip/Coupa
- Background in project / program management
