SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Must perform well in high-pressure situations.

•Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel required.
•Must possess excellent organizational skills.
•Knowledge of Asana program is a plus.
•Ability to prioritize projects and meet critical deadlines.
•Candidate should have an eagerness to learn and adapt to new integration
technologies/hardware to meet the current and future needs of the facilities.
Qualified individuals will be expected to perform the following tasks:
•Oversee and monitor project progress to ensure completion within scope, budget, and timeline.
•Perform the functionality of printing labels, and oversee smaller-scale projects with local
contractors to drawing specifications.
•Assist in leading breakout meetings between key stakeholders to identify issues and ensure
deadlines are met.
•Assist the operations team with opening, updating, and closing out service-now tickets as
necessary.
•Holding regular technical team meetings to help address any questions or challenges regarding
upcoming projects
•Track and document meeting minutes, notes, and support documentation.
•Manage purchases, invoicing, and preparation of contracts.
•Coordinate with the MLB logistics team to track and report back delivery dates to the
operations team.
•Work with supporting departments to schedule access, site surveys, and manage local
subcontractors as directed by leadership.
•Updating and maintaining all production technology and hardware, helping to ensure proper
maintenance schedule and maintain manufacturing compliance.
•Report all task and project-related dependencies to the technical facilities supervisor
•Assists the Technical Facilities Operations team with daily operational tasks, maintenance, and
emergency support.
•Coordinate with the operations team to maintain and replenish materials stock at our MLB
locations.
•Ability to travel to remote sites as needed
•Other duties as assigned.

Education and Requirements:
2+ years of project management experience
BA/BS degree or equivalent

Per the NYC pay transparency law, the hiring range for this position is an hourly rate of $25.00 to $32.00 The actual offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your work experience, education, skills and any other factors Major League Baseball (MLB) considers relevant to the hiring decision.
