The Senior Coordinator, Player Engagement Logistics is a member of the Player Engagement team and is primarily responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the Player Engagement team. This role will support the department head in standard administrative duties, as well as ensure a top-tier hospitality experience for Players & Talent.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative duties to department head (calendar management, setting meetings with external parties such as players, agents, celebrities, talent managers, etc., additional standard administrative duties)
  • Provide support for player/talent hospitality 
  • Handle transportation, hotel bookings, and additional travel logistics for players and talent we are engaged with
  • Serve as the direct point of contact for players and talent regarding logistics and hospitality matters
  • Manage ticketing for players, talent, agents and relevant business partners
  • Support Talent/Celebrity Programming 
  • Support Player Engagement activations
  • Support movements and activations related to the Commissioner Ambassador Program (C.A.P.)
  • Ensure the A-to-Z experience that Players & Talent have with MLB is top-tier, leaving players and celebrities with a position impression of MLB’s professionalism and hospitality management
  • Survey talent managers to confirm their experience with MLB was positive and collect and implement feedback for future activations

Qualifications & Skills

  • 4-year degree from an accredited university in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years professional experience
  • Experience in providing top-tier administrative support is a plus
  • Experience in managing hospitality needs for talent or top-level stakeholders is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Flexible team player, with a track record of reliability and strong interpersonal skills

Pay Range: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour
