The Director of Portfolio and Revenue Management is responsible for maximizing revenue growth and profitability across a portfolio of assets, services, or products. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of analytics, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills to align business strategy with revenue goals.

Your Main Focus Will Be:

Portfolio Strategy & Optimization

  • Oversee performance across the full asset or product portfolio.
  • Develop strategic plans to optimize the mix and profitability of the portfolio.
  • Identify underperforming areas and recommend corrective actions.

Revenue Management

  • Lead revenue management initiatives including dynamic pricing, segmentation, and inventory control.
  • Forecast demand and adjust pricing strategies to maximize yield and market share.
  • Design and implement rate structures and promotional pricing strategies.

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer behavior to inform decisions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting for portfolio and revenue performance.
  • Present insights and strategies to senior leadership.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align goals and execution.
  • Influence key stakeholders on strategic pricing and portfolio decisions.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of revenue managers and analysts.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred). Experience in distribution and beverage is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or portfolio management.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Experience with revenue management systems (RMS), CRM, and ERP platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Salary: $120,000.00-$140,000.00
It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
