Marcus & Millichap, the nation’s leading commercial real estate investment sales company, is seeking a talented, career minded, Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer for a highly active, top producing industrial team in their Dallas office.
Our ideal candidate is someone who can operate in a fast-paced, team environment, who can take direction, and who can multi-task under tight deadlines. The marketing coordinator will be responsible for, among other duties, designing and creating of the team’s marketing materials and overseeing all of the team’s branding and marketing. Potential candidates should preferably have commercial real estate experience or interest, very strong written and verbal skills. The ideal candidate should have a professional demeanor, be proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, WordPress, Microsoft Office products and able to learn new technologies quickly. Attention to detail is essential.
Nature & Scope
The Candidate will be working in conjunction with the team’s Strategist and existing Marketing Coordinator. Team specific training will be provided, but the ability to work in conjunction with other team members conducting the same projects is a must.
